A business case for sustainability? You're doing it wrong

As the General Motors ignition-switch recall shows, issues such as customer safety are too important to be weighed against mere profitability as part of a business-case calculation, writes Christine Bader. Sustainability and ethics, too, are must-haves, Bader writes.
