Study: 1 in 5 small U.S. banks is ripe to be sold

One-fifth of U.S. banks with less than $10 billion in assets are candidates to be sold, according to a study by Invictus Consulting Group. Many of these banks were formed during the housing bubble leading up to the 2008 financial crisis.
