$1.5 billion development planned by two Colorado cities

Colorado's HighPointe at DIA development between Denver and Aurora is an unusual example of two municipalities getting together for the purposes of planning and sharing revenue. The community, situated as a gateway to Denver International Airport, is slated to cost more than $1.5 billion over 20 years and will include commercial, retail and residential space.
