Congressman wants restrictions on subprime mortgages

The chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives' Financial Services Committee, Barney Frank, plans to introduce a bill placing new limits on subprime mortgages. "We will bring a bill out in April that will stop people from getting loans in the future that they cannot repay," he said.
