Customer pet peeve No. 1: Inattentive clerks

A recent Gallup poll indicates that the three most common customer pet peeves are inattentive clerks who chat with each other, arriving to pick up an order only to find that it is not ready, and hearing clerks say they don't know about a product without offering to find out.
