Epic Air bankruptcy deal due by Thursday

A Chinese manufacturer and American kit owners are working together on a deal on the future of bankrupt Epic Air that is due by tomorrow. A bankruptcy judge allowed China Aviation Industry General Aircraft Co. Ltd. to purchase Epic's assets for $4.3 million, but only if the company agreed to let kit owners restart the company in Bend, Ore.
