Sebelius says HHS to open Medicaid options to expand coverage

In line with the implementation of the health reform law, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said the agency will start opening up new options for the Medicaid program later this week to provide coverage to low-income adults. Sebelius said the HHS likely would prioritize financial assistance to the states that already have started covering low-income, childless adults.
