Some districts are adopting anti-bulling policies for staff

School districts in at least two states could soon have anti-bullying policies for adult employees. A policy has been in place in the Sioux City, Iowa, community school district for a year, and a California district appears ready to adopt a similar policy. Supporters say the policies help promote a healthy model for students and has encouraged some staff to come forward, but critics say resources should be spent on students, not staff.
