Teachers in England feel "undervalued" by requests

Teachers at a school in England have been instructed to smile at students before each lesson and are receiving feedback from students -- among several controversial revelations about how teachers are being treated. One teacher said the instructions, which were delivered in a memo, left teachers feeling "undervalued."
