Henderson, Nev., aims to construct a $1.5B integrated-health village

Henderson, Nev., has released plans for a $1.5 billion project that will build a mixed-use development complex anchored by a hospital and a senior retirement community. Union Village is said to be one of the country's first integrated-health villages. The project would be built in three phases and is slated to generate 4,000 to 6,000 construction jobs.
