Uncertainty over fate of Rhode Island marriage bill

A few votes either way could make or break the effort to pass a marriage-equality bill in the Rhode Island House this session, according to this article. Some Democrats are reluctant to vote for the bill because they believe it will not pass in the state Senate, but both sides say it remains unclear how undeclared representatives will vote if and when the question is called.
