Emotional Kohl's ads focus on customers' "Yes" moments

Kohl's new "Find Your Yes" campaign, instead of showing products or stores, focuses on images of people enjoying life, such as a young boy's first dive into a pool. Kohl's Chief Customer Officer Michelle Gass developed the campaign with agency Peterson Milla Hooks. "We celebrate choosing 'Yes,' and we want to empower our customers to embrace 'Yes' in their daily lives," she said.
