Gallup finds Boulder, Colo., has lowest obesity rate

Boulder, Colo., had the lowest obesity rate in the U.S. in 2013, at 12.4%, while the Huntington-Ashland region of West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio, had the highest at 39.5%, according to annual rankings from the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index. The report said states with the lowest obesity rates were Colorado and Montana, while Mississippi and West Virginia had the highest rates.
