Krawcheck: Women need to be more assertive when it comes to compensation

Sallie Krawcheck, Bank of America's former president of global wealth and investment management, is working to strengthen the network of women in the financial sector. During the financial crisis, women lost more jobs than male counterparts. She encourages women to be more assertive in negotiations for salaries and bonuses. "When women enter a negotiation, they're more focused on coming out the other side with the relationship intact," she said.
