Study: Charter schools lack resources

Charter schools tend to have young, inexperienced teachers and receive smaller amounts of federal funding than traditional public schools, according to a joint study by the University of California and Stanford University. "Unless we provide more equitable resources for charter schools, we're setting up this grand experiment to fail," UC professor Bruce Fuller said.
