Mich. Nurse-Family Partnership to launch in early summer

The Nurse-Family Partnership in Kalamazoo, Mich., will begin working with at-risk, first-time mothers to improve pregnancy outcomes and boost child health and development. The program plans to hire a nurse supervisor and four nurses to conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with 100 women from pregnancy through the child's first two years of life.
