CEOs engage more in talent search

Chief executives around the world are playing a greater role in their companies' recruitment and retention efforts, according to two reports from Deloitte U.S. Some companies are deploying innovative work practices to keep employees with hard-to-find skills, and a majority of CEOs are spending more contact time with employees they see as having high potential.
