CEOs take a role in retaining, finding talent

A global recession, a need to control costs and an imperative to retain those with hard-to-find skills have CEOs around the world adapting their ways, according to two reports from Deloitte U.S. that offer ideas on talent retention and acquisition. Even as jobs are pared, many companies are using innovative work practices to retain talent, and a majority of CEOs are spending more contact time with employees they see as having high potential.
