A good night's eat?

Researchers still aren't sure why some people raid the refrigerator at night -- while they're asleep. These sleep eaters tend to zero in on sugary foods and won't stop even when taking sleeping pills, which at times can worsen the problem. Some sleep eaters will raid the fridge up to five times a night. Still, there's help for some patients; studies indicate that the epilepsy drug Topamax helps about two-thirds of them.
