Small producers fear how the food-safety bill would affect business

Small farmers are worried about the negative financial effects of the food-safety bill, which would boost inspections of food facilities among other things. Rep. Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn., said the legislation includes "all kinds of accommodations" that would protect the business of small producers.
