Spain's Mango to open 1,500th store this year

Mango, a Spanish fashion brand that announced a 5.7% increase in total sales for 2009, will launch stores and concessions in locations including Dubai, Kuwait, Moscow, Melbourne, Beijing, Caracas and Berlin. Mango opened more than 160 outlets in 2009, with the overwhelming majority of those being located outside of the company's home country. The company's rapid expansion includes nearly 60 new stores in China this year.
