Westinghouse eyes construction of nuclear reactor in Bulgaria

Westinghouse has expressed interest in constructing a seventh reactor at the Kozloduy nuclear plant in Bulgaria, with the news following discussions with Traicho Traikov, the country's minister of economy, energy and tourism. Westinghouse presented its next-generation AP1000 reactor and said it was prepared to secure a license so that its nuclear fuel could be used for the plant's reactors.
