Topps ventures into digital for new baseball season

Another form of print, baseball cards, is attempting the transition to digital. Topps is launching two applications geared to the game -- Topps Pennant for stats fans and a fantasy-league style game, Topps Bunt. The initiatives, the beginning of a broader outreach into new media, come under the new leadership of Michael Eisner, former chief of Walt Disney.
