Congress resists Pentagon's call for higher Tricare fees

Congress is rebuffing Pentagon efforts to increase out-of-pocket expenses for beneficiaries of the Tricare system, despite warnings from military leaders about ballooning costs. Military health care costs, which have tripled since 2001, are projected to reach $65 billion by 2017 and climb to $95 billion by 2030.
