Ohio patients wait to see drug benefits

A state program promising to help millions of low-income and elderly Ohio residents pay for prescription drugs has been slow to take effect, as pharmacies and drug companies have fought the measure. About two-thirds of pharmacies in the state, excluding CVS and Rite Aid, have signaled they will participate in the drug discount program.
