FCC issues a Stern warning

The FCC yesterday proposed a $495,000 fine against Clear Channel for airing indecent content in a Howard Stern broadcast on six of its stations a year ago . This fine marks a significant change in the way the FCC levies fines, for instead of charging for a single show, it is charging for each offensive uttered during one show.
