Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel is promising "some exciting numbers" in the company's first-quarter earnings report, thanks to the launch of the Panama ad-buying platform. Panama allows advertisers to target search advertising buys geographically and allows advertisers to place and monitor ad performance through an online interface.
