Forecast: Pump prices will continue to rise through summer

The average price of retail gasoline likely will average $3.54 per gallon in the next six months, cross the $4 mark at some point and hit a high mark in June, according to predictions made Tuesday by the Energy Information Administration. The summer's average prices may be an average of 61 cents, or 21%, more than last year.
