Analyst downgrades Black & Decker to "underperform"

Raymond James analyst Sam Darkatsh downgraded Black & Decker stock from "market perform" to "underperform." Darkatsh cited declining sales for the power-tool manufacturer, as well as aggressive pricing from Home Depot and Lowe's Cos. He also cut Black & Decker's 2009 earnings estimate from $2 to $1.50 per share.
