Study: Worldwide dairy-drink demand is down

Dairy-drink consumption slowed significantly worldwide, with growth of white milk, which accounts for 79.4% of global dairy-drink demand, dropping to just 0.3% last year, down from 0.6%, a study found. Categories that showed considerable growth included: Soy-based drinks; probiotics; and evaporated, condensed, low-fat, organic and fortified milks.
