Some passengers continue to smoke on flights, FAA says

Air passengers in the U.S. light up at least twice a week even though smoking has been banned on airplanes for 20 years, authorities say. "People do not always act in a rational or sane manner. With air marshals on planes and other new rules, there are still folks trying to beat the system," said Richard Bloom, director of terrorism and security studies at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
