Company aims to improve production of PET agents

Startup firm Ground Fluor Pharmaceuticals will use a method developed by Stephen DiMagno, a fluorine chemist at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, to improve the production of PET imaging tracers. The technique could enhance the ability of PET scans to aid in the diagnosis of additional diseases.
