Mo. crews work for repairs, cleanup in time for planting season

Farmers and construction crews in Missouri are stepping up efforts to repair levees and land along the Missouri River in time for this spring's planting season. Many farmers were affected by flooding last year, when the Army Corps of Engineers released large amounts of water from reservoirs following heavy rains and snowmelt.
