Researchers: Texting brings out people's language creativity

Canadian academics maintain that their research into how people write text messages demonstrates that the practice makes people more creative in their use of language. "There's a lot of misconceptions going around regarding the way people use language when they text," said Christian Guilbault, an associate professor at Simon Fraser University.
