Google rivals press EU antitrust complaint on Android policies

A group of Google's rivals has urged European Union regulators to penalize the company on the grounds that its Android operating system has curbed competition by requiring phone-makers to bundle a suite of Google-owned services in order to receive popular applications like YouTube or Maps. In its complaint, Fairsearch Europe also alleges that Google's distribution policies unfairly divert traffic to its own search engine.
