HGST's latest SSDs boast 12 Gbps SAS interface

The HGST subsidiary of Western Digital introduced solid-state drives that have a serial-attached SCSI interface capable of transmitting data at 12 gigabits per second. The SSDs are based on NAND flash memory devices with 25-nanometer features.
