TiVo selects indie agency Olson for new-product push

Facing stiff competition and declining popularity even as it introduces new products, TiVo has signed on independent Olson as its agency of record. The Minneapolis-based agency won the assignment after a review and its duties will include advertising, digital, media, PR and social media. "We were impressed by the depth and breadth of Olson's ideas and their ability to seamlessly integrate the multiple aspects of our market differentiation and bold plans for the future," said Doug Bieter, TiVo's vice president for consumer sales and marketing.
