Amazon streaming video service climbs into top-3 spot

Amazon's Prime Instant Video subscription service now sees more play time for long-form videos than similar services by Apple and Hulu. Amazon is now in third place based on video consumption data compiled by Qwilt. Amazon still trails Netflix and YouTube significantly, however: Its service accounted for 3% of online video consumption last month, compared with Netflix's 57.5% and YouTube's 16.9%.
