Job seekers who don't have a good gut feeling about a potential job may do better turning it down, career expert Vicki Salemi writes in this blog post. Salemi lists several red flags to watch for, including finding yourself minimizing potential problems. "If you have to convince yourself the commute won't be so bad, the pay isn't the best, that you'll transfer internally once you're on board or that you'll eventually build rapport with a standoffish boss, there's your answer," she writes.
