Paperless modeling used on Soldier Field project

In order to renovate and refit Chicago's Soldier Field, the companies involved mapped out the project using sophisticated 3-D computer modeling techniques. The unique challenges of the project, which included retrofitting a new seating bowl inside the historic stadium's narrow structure, were best modeled in 3-D rather than on paper, the design-build firm said.
