Cookbook takes challenge out of quick, gourmet meals

A new cookbook from acclaimed chef Nancy Silverton attempts to wrangle wayward chefs back into the kitchen with quick and easy gourmet meals. Highlights include orzo with dried porcini mushrooms, radicchio and aged balsamic vinegar and white asparagus in brown butter topped with a fried egg and capers.
