Travel trend watchers say Americans continue to make plans for vacations, but recession fears, a weakening dollar and soaring fuel costs are forcing them to scale back their plans. "They are trading down, but they are not trading out," said Peter Yesawich, CEO and trend analyst for YPartnership.
