Tesco: Women more responsive to cell phone ads

Banner ads on cell phones generated increased click-through rates to marketers' dedicated campaign WAP sites, the mobile division of British-based retailer Tesco reports. The most avid users of the service are thirtysomething women who handle their households' budgets, according to Tesco.
