Top administrator's consulting business draws some scrutiny

An award-winning Maryland principal's consulting business is being questioned after he allegedly scheduled a firm-sponsored event at the school campus where he works, during a time in which the school is in session. Moreno Carrasco, who was named Maryland's 2007 principal of the year, said he has never used school time or resources to work on his own business.
