Justice okays $700 million Google-ITA deal

The Justice Department will allow Google to buy travel technology company ITA Software for $700 million, allowing the search giant to expand further into travel. But even with the approval, antitrust regulators left open the possibility of an antitrust investigation over charges that Google manipulates search results to promote its own products at the expense of competitors' offerings.
