Wis. Supreme Court is urged to end block on collective-bargaining law

The Wisconsin Supreme Court should halt a lawsuit that has blocked the enactment of a law that would largely do away with collective-bargaining rights for public workers, Gov. Scott Walker's administration says. The filing by the state Justice Department argues that the judge who blocked the law's enactment exceeded her authority.
