Job coaches help teachers improve to save struggling schools

Two job coaches have been hired to help save struggling middle and high schools in Franklin, N.H., by providing professional development support to teachers. Although the coaches met with some initial resistance from teachers who said they felt their competency was in question, teachers and coaches have learned to work together.
