While P.F. Chang's mobile ad campaign makes some enticing meal offers, it takes users to a website that is not optimized for mobile viewing. "Mobile marketing should be visibly clear on the message as to what you want that consumer to do once they do click through; the process should not be difficult for them to figure out," said Marci Troutman, CEO of SiteMinis, Atlanta.
