CFTC, SEC would get funding increases if Obama budget passes

In its budget proposal offered Wednesday, the Obama administration seeks to increase the money going to the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. The requested bump in funding is more than what the president asked for last year. The aim is to keep up the oversight of Wall Street.
