Navy commander testifies before Congress on N. Korea

Navy Adm. Samuel J. Locklear, U.S. Pacific Command chief, on Tuesday answered questions about North Korea from the Senate Armed Services Committee. Several lawmakers indicated that they believe the military could be doing more to engage China in defusing tensions in the region. The U.S. is capable of intercepting any North Korean missiles fired toward the U.S., Locklear said.
